摘要
介绍了中国石化集团石家庄炼油厂08Mt/a重油催化裂化装置(2#RFCCU)引进的美国FOXBORO公司I/ASDCS的PIDE自整定软件,在消化吸收的基础上进行初步有益的探索。实践证明:1)在催化裂化水联运、轻油运的开工准备阶段,软件即初显优势;2)在开工期间配合开工的各个步骤运用该软件,装置抗干扰能力大大增强,开工时间较常规缩短了30%,自控方案组合变化灵活;3)有力地保证了复杂控制方案的顺利实施。另外,结合装置的具体工艺特性,提出了应用软件应注意的几个问题。
The PIDE (proportional integral derivative with exact self tune software) which is an appendix part of FOXBORO I/A’s 51(intelligent/automatic’series 51) has been tried to apply in 0.8 Mt/a 2# RFCCU in Shijiazhuang refinery, SINOPEC.It is proved that 1.During the pre start up phases of water connection and cold oil connection cycle,PIDE displayed its primary advantage;2.During the period of start up the application of PIDE following several major process steps,enhanced the unit stability greatly;reduced about 30% of normal time requested for start up unit and made the automatic control adjustments easy;3. It also guarantees to adopt the advanced and complicated control schemes smoothly. Some important problems on using PIDE software in the similar unit are also issued.
