目的:探讨外感热病机制及与太阳病关系密切的各种概念之间的相互关系。方法:论述症、证、病三者及营、卫二者之间的关系,并从太阳经气的升降开阖阐述其与太阳病乃至六经病的关系。结果:证候与证的区别在于:证是当前认识到的临床表现及证素,而证候则包括了现阶段疾病的历史和未来发展趋势;营卫谐和因为循行正常,病理情况下则营卫不和;太阳经气的升降开阖及其与太阳病,乃至六经病的关系密切。结论:外感热病与太阳病各方面关系密切。

Objective:To study the interrelation of various kinds concepts of fever mechanism and tai yang diseases.Methods:To discusses the relationship between sign,syndrome,disease and YING,WEI.And explain the relationship between tai yang diseases and diseases of six meridians from the hoisting and switching of the tai yang meridian qi.Results:The difference between zhenghou and zheng:zheng is the current understanding of the clinical manifestations and syndrome factor.Zhenghou includes the history of the disease and the development trend in the future.The circumstances of Ying-wei disharmony under pathology condition.Conclusion:Diseases caused by exogenous sensible heat pathogenic factor has close relation with all around of Tai yang diseases.
