摘要
T-49 新型固体磷酸催化剂,是由具有连续水解速度分布的一系列聚磷酸硅和磷酸硼组成。P2 O5 /H2O质量比是该剂固有特性及其应用效果的决定性因素。T-49 催化剂研制中将全过程的优化简化为原料聚磷酸浓度、元素比和焙烧条件三变量问题,制备中改变聚磷酸及其盐的聚合度分布,使T-49 催化剂具有合理的磷水比;在反应环境中按照反应产物酸度等值线图,调节反应器进料含水量,实现了对反应器内催化剂活性和床层压力降的调节和控制,使催化剂具有合适的活性和床层压力降上升速度。T-49 催化剂及其工艺在兰州炼油化工总厂工业应用,取得了良好的效果。
T 49 catalyst is a novel solid phosphoric acid catalyst. It is composed of a series of silica polyphosphates and boron polyphosphates having continuous distribution of hydrolytic speed. P 2O 5/H 2O ratio is one of the intrinsic characteristics of the catalyst, and is a decisive factor of application effects. In this research, catalyst preparation process was simplified to three factors: phosphoric acid concentration, element ratios and calcining conditions. Changing distribution of polymerization degree of polyphospheric acid and its salts, catalyst with appropriate P 2O 5/H 2O ratio was obtained. According to the isopleth figure of the reactive product acidity, appropriate catalyst activity and pressure drop were adjusted by water content of the feedstock. The commercial trial of the said catalyst was carried on the production unit in Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical /Complex.
