免疫低下肺部感染动物模型造模方法的探讨

目的:探讨免疫低下肺部感染动物模型的造模方法,了解免疫低下肺部感染发病的病因病机,为免疫低下肺部感染的中医药临床研究提供实验依据。方法:分析各种建立免疫低下肺部感染动物模型的方法,总结模型建立成功与否的标准以及中医药对免疫低下肺部感染作用的最新研究成果。结果:肺部感染者常在免疫力低下或有基础性疾病的情况下发病,然而其具体发病机制至今尚不明确。结论:建立免疫低下肺部感染动物模型可以使我们更好的了解疾病的发病机制和转归,指导中医的临床治疗。

Objective:To investigate the immune dysfunction of pulmonary infection induced by animal model research method,to understand the immunocompromised lung infection in pathogenesis of this disease,as the immunocompromised lung infection in clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine and provide experimental basis.Methods:Through the establishment of a variety of immunocompromised lung infection animal model method,summarizes the model of success,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine on immunity of pulmonary infection of the latest research in order to establish a proper animal model.Results and conclusion:According to the research,It shows that pulmonary infections in immunocompromised or have basic diseases case incidence,however the mechanism is still not clear,through the establishment of immunocompromised lung infection in animal models can help us better understand the pathogenesis of disease and prognosis.
