目的:探讨扶阳理论在外感疾病中的临床应用。方法:依据多年的临床经验和本着《伤寒论》为治疗外感疾病的总纲,列举案例,分析在扶阳理论在外感疾病中的运用。结果:现今外感以伤寒者多见,应将辨别阴阳作为首务,重视扶阳汤药的运用,纠正外感病治疗偏重寒凉药物的弊端,从而正确治疗外感疾病。临床多用麻黄汤、桂枝汤、小青龙汤、射干麻黄汤等。结论:以扶阳理论用经方治疗外感病效果肯定。

Objective:To study the clinical application of the theory of support yang exogenous diseases.Methods:Enumerate cases to analyze the clinical application of the theory in the exogenous diseases according to the clinical experience these years and Treatise on Febrile Diseases as the general principles.Results and Conclusion:With more typhoid fever in diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor.The discrimination of yin and yang is necessary.We should pay attention to the use of the herbal medicine and correcting the malpractice of the cold-natured drugs to infectious diseases.So that can treat the exogenous diseases correctly.
