代谢综合征患者中医为主、多学科综合防治体系的构建

Metabolic Syndrome Mainly in TCM,Construction of Multi-disciplinary Comprehensive Control

目的:观察中医为主,多学科综合干预治疗代谢综合征的疗效。方法:收集118例代谢综合征患者,按随机数字表单盲法分为干预组58例和非干预组60例,对干预组进行中医为主,多学科综合干预。非干预组只应用西药治疗,观察干预组和非干预组在血压、血糖、血脂、体质量指数控制的差异。结果:在年龄、性别无明显差异的情况下,干预组的各项指标明显优于非干预组。结论:中医为主,多学科综合干预治疗代谢综合征有着独特的优势,有着广泛的经济效益和社会效益。

Objective:Observed the curative effect of the metabolic syndrome treatment with TCM and multi-disciplinary comprehensive control.Methods:118 patients with metabolic syndrome are divided into intervention group of 58 cases and non-intervention group of 60 cases according to blind trial by numeration table.The intervention group received TCM and multi-disciplinary comprehensive control and the non-intervention group received only the western medicine.Observed the differences of blood pressure,blood sugar,blood fat and body mass index between intervention group and non-intervention group.Results:Each index of intervention group is obviously superior to the non-intervention group without differences of age and sex.Conclusion:TCM combined with multi-disciplinary comprehensive control have the unique advantages and a wide range of economic and social benefit.
