鼓胀片联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

Clinical Research of Chronicity Hepatic Fibrosis Treated by Meteorism Tablets Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil

目的:评价鼓胀片联合阿德福韦酯对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:100例慢性乙肝肝纤维化患者被随机分为治疗组(鼓胀片联合阿德福韦酯)和对照组(阿德福韦酯),临床观察24周。结果:24周后,两组患者肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标及影响学指标均有明显的下降幅度(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼓胀片联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝肝纤维化疗效优于单独使用阿德福韦酯治疗。

Objective:Evaluated the clinical effect of meteorism tablets combined with adefovir dipivoxil on treating chronicity hepatic fibrosis.Methods:100 cases with chronic hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into the treatment group(meteorism tablets combined with adefovir dipivoxil) and the control group(adefovir dipivoxil) for 23 weeks clinical observation.Results:The liver function index,hepatic fibrosis index and impact index of two groups obviously decline(P<0.05 or P<0.01) after 24 weeks.Compared the treatment group and control group,the differences are significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of meteorism tablets combined with adefovir dipivoxil is better than the single adefovir dipivoxil.
