摘要
惯性冲击式(IDM)驱动器具有运动范围大、位移分辨率高、结构简单的优点,可在进行步进运动的同时实现精确定位.介绍了惯性冲击运动原理,分析了IDM驱动器研究现状与存在的问题,认为无缆驱动、非线性建模和对称信号驱动将是IDM驱动器的发展趋势.
The impact drive mechanism (IDM) actuator has such advantages as large range of motion, high resolution dis- placement, and simple structure, and can achieve accurate positioning during the stepping movement. This paper introduces the principle of impact drive mechanism,analyzes the research status and existing problems of the IDM actuator, and argues that cable-free drive, non-linear modeling and symmetrical signal drive will be the development trend of the IDM actuator.
