摘要
近年来,我国油气资源的勘探和开发逐渐转移到海洋、滩海和沙漠,并已陆续发现了许多大型油气资源。油气的输送方式中,长距离混相输送技术可使油田开发费用减少约10 % ~40 % ;但由于多相混输的流动状态复杂,其中混相输送流型之间的相互转化是尚待解决的问题之一。为此根据环状流动的数学模型,从理论上分析了环状流液膜形成的机理和稳定存在的原因,得到了判断环状流动结构稳定存在的必要条件以及准则式,分析了倾角对环状流型中液膜的影响,这对于正确理解环状流型的特点及流动规律具有很重要的指导意义,为进一步研究环状流动的计算提供了可靠的依据。
In recent years,the exploration and development of oil and gas resources in China have been successively transferred to sea,ocean,Seabeach and desert and many large sized oil and gas fields have been discovered there in succession.Among the ways of oil and gas transmission,the miscible transmission technique is enabled to reduce the cost of oil field development by about 10%~40%.But the conversion among the flow patterns of miscible transmission is a problem awaiting solution yet due to complex flow state of miscible transmission.For this reason,based on the mathematical model of annular flow,the formation mechanism of annular flow liquid film and the reason for its stable existence are analyzed theoretically,obtaining the necessary conditions for stable existence of annular flow structure and criterion formula,and the effect of the inclination angle on the liquid film in annular flow pattern is analyzed also,which has an important leading significance for correctly understanding the characteristics of annular flow pattern and flow law,and offers a reliable basis for further studying the calculation of annular flow.
