活血祛瘀益智方治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

Clinical observation of huoxue quyu yizhi decoction in treatment of vascular dementia

目的探讨活血祛瘀益智方用于血管性痴呆(VaD)的临床疗效。方法 VaD患者200例分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组服中药活血祛瘀益智方煎剂治疗;对照组口服石杉碱甲片治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察比较2组临床疗效、药物不良反应及简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、日本长谷川智力量表(HDS)、社会功能活动调查表(FAQ)评分。结果治疗组临床疗效、各量表(MMSE、HDS、FAD)评分、不良反应发生情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论活血祛瘀益智方治疗VaD疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of huoxue quyu yizhi decoction in treatment of vascular dementia （VD）. Methods 200 cases of VD were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group（ 100 cases in each）. The treatment group was treated with huoxue quyu yizhi decoction;the control group was treated with huperzine A , both groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficacy, adverse drug reactions and the mini-mental state examination （ MMSE）, Hasegawa of Japan Intelligence Scale （HDS）, social function activities questionnaire （FAQ） score were observed and compared. Results The clinical efficacy,the scales （MMSE,HDS,FAD） score,incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huoxue quyu yizhi decoction in treatment of VD is effective with little adverse reactions,and should be widely applied.
