摘要
目的探讨应用丙种球蛋白(IVIG)在预防早产儿感染中的作用。方法将早产儿63例分为IVIG组31例和对照组32例。对照组仅给予常规治疗,IVIG组在对照组治疗基础上给予IVIG静脉注射。观察比较2组抗生素使用时间、住院时间、院内感染情况。结果 2组抗生素使用时间、住院天数及院内感染率发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对早产儿使用IVIG预防感染无明显疗效,常规预防使用并不可取,建议对早产儿使用应严格掌握指征。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin （IVIG） on preventing nosoeomial in- fection of preterm. Methods 63 preterm were randomly divided into IVIG group （ n = 31 ） and control group （ n = 32 ）. The control group received conventional treatment, and IVIG group was added with IVIG on the basis of control group. The infection rate, antibiotiea time, and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the infection rate, the antibiotiea time and the hospitalization time between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion IVIG had no effect in preventing nosoeomial infection of preterm. Using IVIG should be careful indications.
