摘要
本文通过对甘肃省地矿局近三年地勘费使用情况的剖析,反映出存在的主要问题是社会性支出、局机关事业单位经费、地勘其他支出、管理费等逐年增大,而地质项目费用逐年减少。文章分析了其原因,并提出了相应的对策建议。
With an analysis of the past three years' spending of prospecting funds by the Gansu Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, the article points out the major problems existed in this field, which are shown by the growing expenses on social affairs, immoderate increase of administrative and institutional expenditures, soaring miscellaneous fees and expanded management cost, whereas money spent on geological projects dropped year by year. The author analyzes the causes of these ills and makes proposals for remedy.
