本文分析了多种经营管理的现状,阐述了对其管理体制进行改革的必要性,提出建立三级管理层,形成三个中心,即地勘局为决策和宏观管理层,形成投资中心;专业公司为经营管理层,形成利润中心;生产企业和单位为生产管理层,形成成本中心的设想和实施步骤。
Analyzing the current management of diversified operation, this paper expounds the necessity of modifying the management system by establishing three management levels, representing three central links, i.e., the decision-making and macro-control level represented by the geological prospecting bureau, forming the investment center, the business management level in companies of specialized trades, forming the profit center, and the production management level in industrial units, forming the cost center. Steps to be taken for such a move are also proposed.
