摘要成人斯蒂尔病(adult onset Still disease,AOSD)是一组病因、发病机制不明的慢性系统性疾病,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为高热、皮疹、关节痛(或)关节炎、中性粒细胞增多、肝脾淋巴结肿大等多系统受累,该病发生率不高,因为认识不足故误诊、漏诊较多。本文对我院自2003年至今收治的23例AOSD患者进行回顾性分析。
