离子色谱法在公共卫生检测中的新进展

离子色谱法因其具有快速、方便、选择性好、灵敏度高和能实现多组分的同时分离等特点,是近年来发展速度较快的分析方法之一。作者就离子色谱法的分离机理、研究进展及其在卫生检验中的应用等内容进行了综述。着重介绍了离子色谱在水质、食品、药物以及职业卫生等公共卫生领域的检验应用。

The characteristics of ion chromatography arc fast, convenient with good selectivity, high sensitivity and it can simultaneously separate multi-component compounds. Because of these,ion chromatography became a kind of analytical methods and progressed fast in recent years. This paper briefly summarized the separation mechanisms of ion chromatography, research progress and applications in the field of sanitary examination. It emphatically introduced the inspection applications of ion chromatography in the field of public health such as water, food, drugs, occupational health and so on.
