高校实施信息化建设的实质是赋予其整合优化现有教育资源的能力,通过这一有效整合与利用的过程,充分发挥高校在教学、科研和社会服务中的三大功能,以达到提升高校核心竞争能力的根本目的。在高校信息化的过程当中,应具有系统性、整体性的原则,还应具有可持续发展的意识,以实现高校的长期健康生存。

The starting point and end point of the informationnization construction in colleges is to give university the capacity of integrating and optimizing the existing educational resources,and through this integration and utilization process to fully play three major functions of college in teaching,scientific research,and social service,and to promote the core competitiveness of colleges.In the process of informationization of colleges,we should hold the principles of systematicness and wholeness and should have the consciousness of sustainable development,so as to realize the long-term and healthy development of colleges.
