超声中药离子导入联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎300例临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Curative Effect of Ultrasound Iontophoresis Combining with Articular Cavity Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on Knee Joint with Osteoarthritis

目的:观察超声中药离子导入联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:选择300例(459膝)随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组行超声中药离子导入3次为1个疗程,治疗6个疗程,配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠25mg,1次/周,共6周。对照组行关节腔注射玻璃酸钠25mg,1次/周,治疗6周,比较两组病例治疗前及治疗后6周VAS评分和WOMAC评分。结果:两组患者治疗后疗效与治疗前相比明显提高,两组患者膝关节功能的优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),结论:采用中药离子导入联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎,疗效确切,副作用较少,其临床疗效优于单用膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠者。

Objective To observe the curative effect of ultrasound iontophoresis combining with articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis of knee joint treatment. Methods 300 cases （459 knee） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was cured with therapeutic ultrasound iontophoresis combining with articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate in 25 mg per week for 6 weeks, superconductive 3 times for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 6 courses. Control group was treated with articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate in 25mg per week for 6 weeks. VAS scores and WOMAC scores of two groups before treatment and after treatment for 6 weeks were compared. Results The knee joint functions of two groups after treatment were obviously improved comparing with those before treatment.The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group. The excellent rates of two groups had difference statistically significant（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of herbal iontophoresis combining with articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate on early and medium stage of osteoarthritis of the knee joint has good efficacy and fewer side effect, its clinical effect is superior to knee intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in monotherapy.
