护理人员管理知识掌握及应用的调查分析与对策

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Application and Prehension of Nursing Management for Nursing Staff

目的:探讨护理人员管理相关理论应用情况,提出解决对策。方法:在参考文献基础上,使用自行设计的调查问卷,对76位参与护理管理培训学员采用整体抽样的方法进行调查。结果:对于古典管理理论的掌握:本科学历学员得分均高于大专、中专。高级责任护士与初级责任护士(临床护士层级的称谓:护理组长/高级责任护士/初级责任护士),差异均不具有显著性统计学意义;"没有能够掌握"或者"能够应用":57.3%护士长处在"了解"水平。结论:各层级护士管理知识掌握情况不容乐观;护理管理者未能将理论充分应用于实践。因此,应加强科学管理理论学习,同时,强调学以致用,以提高管理效能。

Objective To explore the application of nursing management theory and find inadequate aspects, so as to propose some countermeasures. Methods 76 management trainees were investigated with the method of whole sample investigation, by using self-designed questionnaire, which was based on the references. Results For mastery of classical management theory： the bachelor＇s degree nurses scored higher than the junior college and secondary school degree nurses. The difference between senior primary nurses and primary nurses was not significant. The head nurses failed to grasp or to apply, 57.3% the vast majority of nurses were in the ＂understanding＂ level. Conclusion The situation about the prehension of management knowledge of nurses at all levels is not optimistic. Nurse supervisor failed to apply the theory in practice thoroughly. Therefore, nurse should strengthen the learning of scientific management theories, at the same time, apply their knowledge into practice, in order to improve management efficiency.
