人巨细胞病毒（human cytomegalovirus，HCMV）普遍存在于各类人群中，是先天性病毒感染的最常见原因。近年来HCMV疫苗的研制取得了巨大进展，此文概述了HCMV疫苗的临床试验和临床前研发现状，重点介绍了近5年来HCMV疫苗和生物学研究进展。

Human cytomegalovirus （HCMV） is ubiquitous in various populations, and is the most common cause of congenital viral infection . During the last decade, enormous progress has been made in development of HCMV vaccines. This article summaries the current state of clinical trials and preclinical development of HCMV vaccines, with an emphasis on studies of HCMV vaccines and biology that have been conducted in the past 5 years.
