摘要
本文介绍了甘肃省地矿局测绘队承包经营后,队内试行全员风险股金制的做法与体会。文章认为:实行全员风险股金制,使经营者和全体职工共担经营风险,有利于实现承包经营和职工民主管理相结合,增强职工队伍的凝聚力,调动生产者和经营者两个积极性。
An all-partner shares system for risks was tried out by the Mapping Team of the Gansu Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources after it operated under contract for its management. Besides introducing the methods' applied and experience in practice, the author deems that such an attempt, which involves the interests of the managers and all the workers and staff, is beneficial to combining contracted operation with democratic management, and enhancing the cohesiveness of the work force, and may bring into play the initiative of both the producers and the managers.
