摘要
本文认为湖南省矿业发展中存在的主要问题是:资源优势未能尽快转化为经济优势;资源利用率较低,损失严重;探、采、选、冶、销不配套,矿业内部结构不合理;矿产品深加工不够;矿产品价格偏低;矿产资源开发监督管理体系尚未完全建立。文章还就解决上述问题提出了对策建议。
The major problems confronting the development of the mining industry of Hunan Province are: serious loss and low utilization rate of mineral resources, the advantages of which have not been quickly turned into economic results; prospecting, mining, recovering, melting and marketing of minerals not operating in a coordinated way; irrational structure of the industry, inadeuate processing of mineral products; prices of minerals remains relatively low; imperfect system for supervision and control of mineral exploration. Suggestions for improvement are proposed.
