摘要
本文认为研究和确定地质行业队伍的适度规模一定要从我国的国情出发,应该看到我国人口众多,矿产资源相对贫乏,大多数矿产资源将面临短缺的局面,如从每百万人口所拥有的地勘人员之比,和地勘队伍整体的人员素质、技术装备水平、生产效率以及国土整个地质工作程度等,远低于发达国家水平,因而在制定我国地质产业政策时必须慎重考虑。文章还对强化地勘产业、优化多种经营提出了建议。
Policy decision concerning the scope of the geological work force should proceed from the actual conditions of the country. It must be seen that China is a country with a large population, but relatively poor in mineral resources and is confronted with short supply of most kinds of her resources; she still lags far behind the developing countries in such aspects as the proportion of geological prospecting personnel to a million people, the quality of the work force, the technological level and equipment, the production efficiency and the degree geological studiedness. Therefore, it requires discreet considenations when shaping the policies for the geolo- gical trade. Suggestions for fostering the prospecting industry and optimi- zing its diversified business are also included in the article.
