摘要
本文认为当前影响和阻碍地质工作发展的主要矛盾是需求趋向不足、供给能力过剩,解决这一矛盾的途径就是对部分地勘单位实行成建制转产,把多余的地质工作生产能力转向为社会提供有效供给上来。文章对转产的有利因素及难点,转产的原则和方向选择,转产的外部条件,转产的步骤和措施作了探讨。
The essay holds that excessive production capacity resul- ted from a declining demand is at present the major contradiction that affects and hinders the progress of geological work. A way to solve this problem is to allow a part of the prospecting units to change entirely their line of trade to engage in activities that can add to the supply of essential products for the society. The advantages and difficult points, principles and orientation, as well as the external condition of such an attempt are discussed and steps and measures to be taken are proposed.
