长江粉细砂固结集料的制备及其配制混凝土的研究

Study on the Preparation of Solidified Extra-fine Sand Aggregate and on the Concrete Made of it

对以长江粉细砂制造固结集料及其配制的混凝土进行了研究。结果表明：采用长江粉细砂和石灰，经混料、成球、蒸压可制得性能较好的粉细砂固结集料；由这种集料可配制出Ｃ２０ 等级左右的混凝土；以此方法制得的固结集料其价格可低于外地运沪石子的价格，具有一定的社会经济效益。

The preparations of solidified extra-fine sand coarse aggregates and the concrete made by the solidified aggregates were studied. The results showed that through mixing extra-fine sand with lime, shaping to form the small balls and then autoclaving it, extra-fine sand could be solidified into a kind of solid coarse aggregates, and by using this aggregates, a C20 concrete could be manufactured. The price of the solidified aggregates could be lower than that of ordinary stone aggregates transported to Shanghai market and their application would have certain social and economical meanings.
