文章介绍了浙江水文队发展多种经营的体会:(1)打开局面、稳步发展;(2)创办集体企业(一是领导重视;二是选拔好厂长;三是实行经济承包责任制;四是加强管理,狠抓质量;五是加强新产品、新项目可行性论证,避免重大失误);(3)存在问题及解决意见。
This article introducing the experience of the Hydro- geological and Engineering Geological Party of Zhejiang in developing multi- business operation is divided into three parts: (1) The opening up of a new prospect with steady development; (2) The conditions required for setting up a collective enterprise, which includes due attention of the leadership, a competent director, institution of an economic responsibility system, improved management with emphasis on quality, and, reasonable demonstration of the feasibility of starting a new project or making new products, so as to forestall serious slips; (3) Problems existed and their solution.
