摘要
在教师教育模式创新与探索中,南京师范大学实行了"共同培养,双向强化"的模式。自2010年起,南京师范大学汉语言文学等十个专业的师范生均由教师教育学院负责招生和管理。这一教师教育模式的改革有利于打破三个隔阂,即打破教师教育与师范生日常生活的隔阂,打破师范生培养中的学科专业隔阂,打破高校教师教育与基础教育的隔阂。同时,有利于实现三个转向:在教育目的上,有利于实现从注重教育知识的获得到注重提升教育实践能力的转向;在教育途径上,有利于实现从注重课堂教学到关注营造教师教育文化的转向;在教育策略上,有利于实现从注重听讲到注重教学做合一的转向。
In the process of innovating and exploring the teacher education mode, "joint training, two-way enhancement" is adopted in Nanjing Normal University. Since 2010, the enrollment and management of students majoring in normal education in ten different schools including the School of Chinese Language and Literature has been in the charge of College of Teacher Education. Reform of this mode can help break barriers between teacher education and students' daily life, between different subjects of students majoring in normal education, and between teacher education in the higher education and that in the elementary education. At the same time, it is also beneficial to the realization of changes from stressing the acquisition of educational knowledge to focusing on the improvement of practical ability in terms of educational aim, from stressing the classroom instruction to focusing on the construction of teacher education culture in terms of educational approach, and from stressing the passive listening to focusing on the integration of instruction, learning and participation in terms of educational strategy.
