摘要
教育管理学的发展水平与教育管理学的方法体系状况直接相关。总体上看,我国目前教育管理学领域的方法体系研究薄弱而零散。教育管理学要突破长期以来徘徊不前的尴尬局面,加强方法体系研究已成为一个紧迫而现实的课题。教育管理学方法体系研究要遵循理论与实践相结合、科学与人文相兼顾、逻辑与历史相统一、继承与发展相并重等原则。
The development level of educational administration is directly related with its method system. Generally speaking, studies on method system of educational administration in our country are weak and unsystemic. It is an urgent and practical subject to strengthen the studies on method system if educational administration wants to break through the embarrassing and wandering situation. Study on method system of educational administration should follow some principles, that is combining theory and practice, giving consideration to both science and humanities, uniting logic and history, paying equal attention to inheritage and development.
