摘要
本文根据作者通过最近参加吉林省组织的贯彻实施矿产资源法规执法大检查中所发现的情况,对《矿产资源法》颁布4年来在该省的实施情况,取得的成效和存在的问题及其产生原因作了介绍,并针对存在的问题提出了进一步加强该省矿业治理整顿的几项建议。
The author, who had taken part in the general inspection of the implementation of the Mineral Resources Law in Jilin Province, gives an account of how the law was carried out in this region and the achievements gained since its enforcement four years ago. While pointing out the remaining problems and their causes, the article also puts forward several suggestions for further improving and rectifying the mining indus-try of the province.
