摘要
本文介绍了核工业总公司所属309地质队自1985年成建制转产以来所取得的显著成效。总结了该队成建制转产的主要经验是:转变观念;发展稳定产业;多渠道解决资金来源;改革管理体制,全面加强管理;多方面解决人才来源;发扬艰苦奋斗精神,正确处理国家、集体、个人三者的关系。文章认为309队的成功经验为地勘单位成建制转产提供了一个良好的先例。
The paper introduces the remarkable success achieved by No. 309 geological team, a subordinate of China National Nuclear Industry Corporation, since 1985 when the team started changing its line of business. The author attributes the victory mainly to the following efforts made for such a move : changing people＇s concept, choosing a steady trade, raising funds through multi channels, restructuring the operating system, impro-ving management, engaging qualified personnel from various sources, encouraging hard-working spirit, and correct handling of relations among the state, the unit and the individual. It is deemed that the experience of No. 309 team may serve as a good example for geological prospecting units facing a change of their line of trade.
