摘要
目的探讨预防型抗氟剂(Ⅰ型-1)对在大鼠牙齿中锌、钙、镁、铁、铜含量的影响。方法通过抗氟剂(Ⅰ型-1)干预亚慢性染氟大鼠,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定染氟大鼠牙齿中锌、钙、镁、铁、铜的含量,分析元素含量的变化。结果 4个染氟组与3个氟拮抗组比较,牙齿中锌的含量在高、中、低剂量氟拮抗组均比对应的染氟组高;牙齿骨中钙,镁,铜的含量在高,中,低剂量氟拮抗组中均比对应的染氟组低;而牙齿骨铁的含量在低剂量的氟拮抗组中显著高于对应剂量的染氟组,在高,中剂量的氟拮抗组中低于对应剂量的染氟组。3个氟拮抗组与对照组比较,氟拮抗组中的牙齿骨锌含量亦高于对照组;而氟拮抗组中的牙齿骨钙,镁,铁,铜含量均低于对照组。结论预防型抗氟剂(Ⅰ型-1)可提高锌元素在牙齿中的含量,并降低钙、镁、铁、铜在牙齿中含量。
Objective The effect of anti-fluorine agent I-1 on the capacities of Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe,and Cu in rats' teeth was studied.Methods In the sub-acute experiment in rats,flame atomic absorption spectrometer was used to measure the capacities and changes of the five elements in rats' teeth.Results The comparison between fluorine agent groups with anti-fluorine agent groups were performed,the capacities of Zn in anti-fluorine agent group of three different doses were higher than those of the corresponding dose group.The capacities of Ca Mg,Cu in fluorine agent group of three different doses were higher than those of the corresponding dose group.In high and medium dose groups,the capacity of Fe in anti-fluorine agent groups was lower than that in fluorine agent group,but higher in the low dose group.Conclusions Anti-fluorine may promote the capacities of Zn in rats' teeth,while the capacities of Ca,Mg,Fe,and Cu were reduced.
