摘要
目的了解团体心理辅导与心理健康教育课程对独立学院新生适应能力的干预效果。方法选取辽宁省沈阳市某独立学院2009级新生160人,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组接受3个月的团体心理辅导和心理健康教育课程,对照组不接受任何干预,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对干预组和对照组进行干预前、后测量。结果干预前干预组、对照组SCL-90总分分别为(164.88±39.73)(、156.44±34.18)分,干预后,干预组与对照组SCL90总分分别为(140.14±29.54)(、156.04±34.74)分,干预组与对照组干预后、干预组干预前后总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);干预后,干预组内外向、神经质、精神质分别为(58.65±7.70)、(47.60±8.89)(、41.21±5.83)分,对照组分别为(54.37±9.29)(、51.51±9.65)(、43.20±6.03)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论适应性团体心理辅导与心理健康教育课程相结合,有助于提高独立学院新生适应能力。
Objective To explore how to improve the adaptability of freshmen in independent college with group counseling and psychological health education.Methods The freshmen from an independent college in Shenyang,Liaoning province were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group.The intervention group received a series of group counseling and psychological health education for 3 months,while the control group received no intervention.All the freshmen were administered with Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,the total score of SCL-90 for the intervention group and the control group were 164.88±39.73 and 156.44±34.18;after the intervention,the total scores of the two groups were 140.14±29.54 and 156.04±34.74.There were significant differences in the score of SCL-90 between the intervention and the control group both before and after the intervention(P0.05 or P0.01).After the intervention,the score of extraversion,neuroticism,and psychoticism was 58.65±7.70,47.60±8.89,and 41.21±5.83 for the intervention group and 54.37±9.29,51.51±9.65,and 43.20±6.03 for the control group,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion The adaptability group counseling and psychological health education can improve adaptive capacity among freshmen in independent college.
