西部社区居民对中医护理服务需求及应用现状的调查研究

A Survey of Demand of Nursing Service of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tts Application Status among Residents in Communities of Western China

目的了解社区居民对中医护理的认知和需求情况。方法选取湘、鄂、渝、黔四省市西部边区312例居民进行面对面问卷调查。结果社区居民对中医护理不了解者142例（45.5%）;社区居民中医护理相关的医疗服务需求主要包括常用中医操作技术、中药用药护理、中医健身康复、饮食养身护理、情志护理、中医急救护理;多元Logistic回归分析检验表明,中医护理了解程度（β=1.82,OR=1.31,95%CI为1.57~1.15,P=0.005）是常用中医操作技术需求的第1位影响因素（P〈0.05）,中医护理了解程度（β=2.02,OR=1.51,95%CI为1.38~1.73,P=0.025）是中药用药护理需求的第1位影响因素（P〈0.05）,中医社区医疗获取（β=2.01,OR=1.31,95%CI为1.11~1.63,P=0.031）是中医健身康复需求的第1位影响因素（P〈0.05）。结论西部社区居民对中医护理的认知程度低,对中医护理服务的需求呈现多样化,中医社区医疗获取和中医护理了解程度对中医护理服务的需求具有重要影响。

Objective To investigate the status and demand of the cognition of nursing service of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） among residents in communities of western China. Methods Data was collected by convenience sampling 312 cases of residents in ethnic regions of Hunan province, Hubei province, Guizhou province and Chongqing municipality and included into a self-designed questionaire. Results Among all responding residents who do not approve the nursing service of TCM were 142 cases （45.5%）; community residents＇demand for medical care services include operating techniques commonly used in TCM, supervision of traditional Chinese drug, health maintenance directed by the theory of TCM, supervision of food and diet,emotional care, emergency care by TCM; Multiple logistic regression analysis indicates that level of cognition of nursing service of TCM （β = 1.82, OR = 1.31, 95% CI= 1.57 - 1.15, P = 0.005） was the first risk factor of demand of operating techniques commonly used in TCM （P〈 0.05）,level of cognition of nursing service of TCM （β=2.02, OR=1.51, 95%CI =1.38-1.73, P=0.025） was the first risk factor of demand of supervision of medication in TCM （P〈 0.05）;accessibility to community medical services （β=2.01, OR=1.31, 95%CI =1.11-1.63, P=0.031） was the first risk factor of demand of health maintenance directed by the theory of TCM. Coneluslon Residents in the communities of western mountain area show low level of congition of nursing service of TCM and diversification of needs of nursing service of TCM, accessibility to community medical services and level of cognition of nursing service of TCM have important influence in residents＇needs of nursing service of TCM.
