MRI对脑囊虫病的诊断价值(附67例分析)

MRI Diagnostic Value of Cerebral Cysticercosis (A Report of 67 Cases)

目的探讨脑囊虫病的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法收集云南省第一人民医院2002年5月至2008年1月,经两位资深主任医师共同阅片所诊断的67例脑囊虫病进行回顾性分析。结果 67例脑囊虫病,实质型63例,脑室型1例(慢性期),混合型3例。活动期36例,退变死亡期24例,慢性期7例。结论 MRI平扫及增强检查能对脑囊虫病做出准确分型、分期,为临床治疗提供客观依据。

Objective To study the MRI performance of cerebral cysticercosis and the diagnostic value. Method Collect 67 cerebral cysticercosis cases＇ X-ray Films which were studied by two senior doctors of Yun Nan First People＇s Hospital in May 2002 to January 2008 to study again. Results Among 67 cases of cerebral cysticercosis, there are 63 cases of the real type, 1 case ofvertricle type （chronic phase）, 3 cases of mixed type, 36 cases in active phase, 24 cases in the phase of death degenerating, 7 cases in chronic phase. Conclusion MRI scanning on average and of increasing times can make the types and phases of the cerebral cysticercosis more precise, and can provide doctors with an objective basis for clinical treatment.
