鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术671例临床分析

Clinic Analysis of 671 Cases of Endoscopic Septoplasty

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的手术方法和术后疗效及与慢性鼻窦炎的关系。方法回顾性分析我院所2001年10月至2007年10月相关患者671例的临床资料,随访0.5-6年,全部患者术后临床症状不同程度改善。结果发生鼻中隔穿孔者6例,占0.9%,鼻中隔黏膜下血肿1例,无严重并发症。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术具有直视下操作精确,疗效确切,并发症少,可同时行鼻窦手术等优点。

Objective To study the operation techniques and outcomes of endoscopic septoplasty and their relation to chronic sinusitis. Methods 617 cases of endoscopic septoplasty in our hospital with nasal septum deviation（some patients together with chronic sinusitis） were reviewed from 2001.10 to 2007.10. Follow-up time is from 6 months to 6 years. Results After operation, the symptoms were ameliorative in all patients. The complications included 6 case（0.9%） of perforation, 1 cases of submembrane heamatoma. There were no serious complications in this-group. Conclusion Our study showed that the advantages of endoscopic septoplasty are as follow： good and direct visualization, accurate surgical operation, effective outcome, less complication, and treating the patients with septum deviation and chronic sinusitis in one time by endoscopic operation.
