个性化心理护理在减压式人工流产手术中的应用研究

The Research of Applying Mental Nursing of Individuation in Using Decompressed Artificial Abortion

目的研究在减压式人工流产手术过程中采用个性化的心理护理对患者的影响。方法将我院收治的需进行减压式人工流产手术的患者200例,按随机化原则平均分为对照组和心理护理组两组。在实施减压式人工流产手术的过程中给予对照组常规护理,心理护理组在常规护理的基础上对手术者实施个性化的心理护理。比较两组患者术中的疼痛度以及术后的满意度。结果对照组疼痛度≤3级者84例,≥4级者16例;心理护理组疼痛度≤3级者47例,≥4级者53例,χ2=30.29,P<0.05;两组患者满意度比较,χ2=5.21,P<0.05。结论在减压式人工流产手术中对病人实行个性化的心理护理,能够降低患者术中的疼痛度,增加其满意度和舒适感,值得在临床护理过程的广泛推广。

Objective To approach the effects of applying mental nursing of individuation in using decompressed artificial abortion to patients. Methods The research divided 200 patients into 2 groups （control group and mental nursing group） at random. The control group accepted general nursing, and the mental nursing group accepted mental nursing of individuation besides general nursing. And then the research compared the degree of maternal pain and satisfaction of each group. Results The degree of pain of mental nursing group was lower than control group, however the degree of satisfaction was higher than control group. The differences were significant. Conclusion The application of mental nursing ofindividuation can decrease the degree of pain and increase the degree of satisfaction of patients.
