少腹逐瘀汤含药血清对子宫内膜异位症在位内膜分泌Ang-1、Ang-2和Tie-2的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的研究少腹逐瘀汤含药血清对子宫内膜异位症在位内膜分泌Ang-1、Ang-2和Tie-2的影响。方法实验分为少腹逐瘀汤含药血清高剂量组、低剂量组及空白对照组。收集接收手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症病人的在位子宫内膜组织,经体外分离、培养,以实时荧光定量PCR分析不同浓度少腹逐瘀汤含药血清对在位内膜细胞表达Ang-1、Ang-2和Tie-2的影响。结果少腹逐瘀汤含药血清能剂量依赖性抑制在位内膜细胞表达Ang-1、Ang-2和Tie-2。结论少腹逐瘀汤含药血清可抑制体外培养的子宫内膜异位症在位内膜细胞Ang-1、Ang-2和Tie-2的分泌,提示少腹逐瘀汤对于治疗子宫内膜异位症可能具有一定的作用。
