摘要
本文认为地质工作在十年改革中取得了很大成绩,但也存在一些问题,主要表现在:地质工作呈现萎缩趋势、工作质量下降、队伍不稳定、地质工作外部环境差等方面。为了解决这些问题,建议国家制定促进地勘产业发展的政策,把“抓管理上等级”提高地勘单位素质作为深化改革的一项重要内容,地勘单位的改革措施必须考虑地勘工作特点、承受能力和长远发展。
Great achievements have been gained over the past decade of geological reform. There are, however, some problems to be solved, such as, the shrinking trend in geological work, lowered work quality, unstable work force and unfavourable external environment. The author calls for state polices that may propel geological prospecting and due attention be paid to the upgrading of geological prospecting units to raise their efficiency in the deepening of the reform. At the same time, reform measures should be adopted according to the special character of prospecting work, the endurance of the untis and their long-range development.
