摘要
将经过改性的常温固化酚醛树脂加入固化剂后 ,喷涂于杉木间伐材水泥模板表面 ,使其在常温下固化形成涂层 ,从而提高板面质量与模板的可重复利用率。与采用热固性酚醛树脂的表面处理工艺相比 ,简化了工艺 。
Mixed with cure agent,the modified room-temperature phenol-formaldehyde resin is sprayed on the surface of concrete-form of thinned wood of Chinese fir,and it will cure in the room-temperature and forms a film of coating,which can improve the quality of surface and the reused rate of concrete-form.Compared with thermoses phenol-formaldehyde resin,this technology simplifies the process and provided with importance value for reducing the product cost.
