摘要
目的调查神经外科护士情绪劳动现状及其影响因素。方法采用护士情绪劳动量表对不同等级医院神经外科350名护士进行调查。结果收回有效问卷320份,有效率为91.4%。护士情绪劳动能力标准化得分为54.8分,呈中等水平。护士情绪劳动能力受年龄、护龄、婚姻状况、聘用形式和职称因素的影响(F/t分别为13.28,9.57,6.85,2.34,5.24;P均〈0.05)。绪论神经外科护士情绪劳动能力受多方面的影响,护理管理者要对青年未婚和在编护士进行重点情绪干预,加强护理人员情绪劳动教育,从而改善护患关系,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of emotional labor among neurosurgery nurses. Methods 350 neurosurgery nurses from different hospitals underwent questionnaire survey by using the nurse emotional labor scale. Results Total of 320 questionnaires (91.4%) were withdrawn. The emotional labor score of neurosurgery nurses was in middle level ( 54.8 ). Age, years of work experience, marital status, appointment and position had impact on emotional labor (F/t = 13. 28, 9. 57, 6. 85, 2. 34, 5. 24, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The level of emotional labor of neurosurgery nurses is affeeted by multiple factors. The nurse managers should pay attention to unmarried young nurses and established nurses, to improve nurse-patient relationship and quality of care.
