摘要
网络群体事件有广义和狭义之分,其产生原因包括主观因素和客观因素两方面。网络群体性事件参与者的心理特征主要有群体极化、去个体化、从众和非理性、逆反等。它的发生发展过程存在着两个重要机制:一是情绪唤起和分心活动;一是模仿行为的出现。如果根据这个形成过程中所表现出来的不同状况进行心理预防和疏导,对有效防范群体心理的形成及控制网络群体性事件的发生将具有重要的意义。
There are broad and narrow senses on network group event,and the cause including the subjective and objective factors.The psychological traits of network group event participants main including group polarization,deindividuation,conformity and irrational,reactance etc.There are two important mechanisms exist in its genetic developmental process： one is emotion aroused and distract activity;the other is the appearance of imitative behaviour.If we carry on psychological prevention and guide according to different conditions displayed in the process,it will be of important significance for preventing the appearance of group mind and controlling network group event happening.
