内蒙古的语言现象概述

The Language Phenomenon in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古语言和方言的发展是不平等,不均衡的。本文从语言的地位、教育取向、亲和力、表现力等方面对比分析了不同语言、相同语言的变体之间的差异,阐明了语言的地位差异主要是受社会经济、政治、文化的影响。语言不平等尽管在政治、文化是不合理的,但从社会发展趋势上看则有一定的合理性,因为它有利于促进社会和语言的统一。合理的语言政策对推动民族地区教育事业的发展有重要作用。

The development of language and dialects in Inner Mongolia is not equal and balanced.This article contrasts and analyses the differences between varieties of different languages and identical languages from the perspective of language position,education orientation,affinity and expressive force,etc.It points out that the difference of language position is mainly influenced by social economics,politics and culture.Though language inequality is politically and culturally irrational,it is reasonable as far as social development tendency is concerned,because it is helpful to the unification of society and language.Therefore,appropriate language policies play a very important role in the development of the educational cause in ethnic minority areas.
