辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆的生产工艺 被引量:9

Production Process of the Irradiation Cross-Linking Polyethylene Wires and Cables

摘要 目前辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆的产量越来越大,生产过程中会出现各种各样的问题。为此,着重对辐照交联聚乙烯电线电缆中出现的问题及相应的解决措施进行了论述。同时,简要介绍了辐照交联的原理及辐照加工中主要工艺参数的设定,对比了辐照交联、硅烷交联以及过氧化物化学交联的生产特点及适用范围。 Now the output of wires and cables with irradiation XLPE insulation is getting larger and larger, and various problems would occur during production. Consequently the problems occurred in the irradiation XLPE insulated wires and cables, and the corresponding measures are described. In the same time the principle of irradiation cross-linking and the setting of the main parameters in irradiation process are presented briefly. And the production features and application scopes of irradiation cross-linking, silane cross-linking, and peroxide chemical cross-linking are compared.
