摘要
针对毛细管流变仪的用途与特点,利用AVR单片机设计了毛细管流变仪控制系统。该系统由Atmega128L芯片、液晶模块、测温模块、控温模块、位移传感器、串口通信模块以及上位机实时显示和数据处理模块等组成,能够对高分子材料的温度特性、剪切应力及黏度等特性进行分析,并绘制塑化曲线供用户分析。实验证明,所设计的系统运行稳定可靠,测量精度高,使用方便。
For the use and characteristics of the capillary rheometer, a design for the capillary rheometer controlling system based on AVR single chip microcomputer is proposed in this paper. The system consists of Atmega128L chip, LCD module, temperature measurement module, temperature control module, the displacement sensor, serial communication module and the PC real time display and data processing modules and other components. In addition, the system can make an analysis of the polymer materials on temperature, shear stress, viscosity and other relevant properties. Besides, it can draw plastics curves for users. Experimental results show that the designed system is stable, reliable,high accuracy,and easy to use.
