摘要
低频类信号测试是ATS功能的重要部分,研究低频类信号传输特性对ATS的设计具有一定的指导意义。在分析通用ATS传输通道的基础上,建立了信号传输通道结构模型,并提出了分段确定信号传输误差的方法;然后以某型通用检测平台为例,对低频信号在传输通道的传输特性进行了研究,并采用回归分析的方法建立了ATE公共连接器接口处激励值和测量误差之间的近似函数模型,以对测量结果进行误差补偿;最后以Agilent 66103A型信号源直流电压激励通道为例,对传输通道的一元线性回归模型进行了实例分析。结果表明,对测量结果进行误差补偿能有效提高通道的测量精度。
Low frequency signal test is the important components of ATS function,and researching the transmission characteristic of which is helpful for designing ATS.In this paper,the configuration of transmission channel is analyzed,established signal transmission model and based on that proposed the subsection error confirmed method.Then frequency signal transmission characteristic of common interface using a general test platform is researched,the regression analysis is adopted to establish the approximately function model of the common linker interface,basing the model to compensate the error.At last,an example is taken to validate that the method can obviously improve the measuring precision.
