老年男性代谢综合征与血前列腺特异性抗原相关性研究

Correlation between metabolic syndrome and serum prostate-specific antigen level in elderly men

目的探讨老年男性代谢综合征相关指标与血清前列腺特异性抗原(prostate-specific antigen,PSA)水平的关系。方法选择2005年4月至2009年1月在我科就诊的375例老年男性,测量身高、体质量,24小时动态血压监测,计算体质量指数(body mass index,BMI),平均动脉压(mean arterial blood pressure,MAP),检测血PSA、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、尿酸(UA),分析血PSA与代谢综合征各项指标的相关性。结果血PSA与BMI呈负相关(rs=-0.113,P<0.05),PSA与年龄(rs=0.109,P<0.05)、甘油三酯(rs=0.111,P<0.05)、空腹血糖(rs=0.166,P<0.01)、C反应蛋白(rs=0.115,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论老年男性血PSA水平与BMI、年龄、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、C反应蛋白存在相关性,代谢综合征的相关指标可影响血PSA水平,从而影响前列腺疾病的发生。

Objective To explore the correlation between metabolic syndrome and prostate-specific antigen （PSA）in elderly men. Methods A total of 375 elderly men who had routine visit in our department between April 2005 and January 2009 were recruited for this study. Height, body mass, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and serum total PSA, cholesterol（ TG）, triglyceride （TC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） ,fasting blood-glucose （FBG）, C reactive protein （CRP）, and uric acid （UA） were measured. The body mass index（BMI） and mean arterial blood pressure（MAP） were calculated. Correlation between the factors in metabolic syndrome and serum PSA was analyzed. Results Negative correlation was found between PSA and BMI （ r, = --0. 113, P d0.05）. Positive correlation was found between PSA and age（ rs =0. 109, P d0.05） ,TG（ r5 ：0. 111, P 〈0.05） ,FBG（ r5 =0. 166, P d0.01） and CRP （ r5=0. 115, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion PSA is associated with BMI,age, serum TG,FBG,CRP. The factors in metabolic syndrome can influence serum PSA level in elderly,then influence the prostate disease in final.
