摘要
为研究稻草(R.S)添补百脉根(LC)的瘤胃体外发酵及甲烷产量的动态变化,本试验采用单因子试验设计,体外批次培养48h,研究RS分别补添0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%与100%的百脉根(LC0、LC10、LC20、LC30、LC40、LCS0、LC60、LC70、LC80、LC90与LC100)在3h、6h、12h、24h、36h与48h的瘤胃体外发酵参数与甲烷产量。结果显示,3-48h各组的pH值在6.64~6.99,NH3-N浓度为2.98--28.74mg/100mL,甲烷产量为0.038--1.313mmol。24h前甲烷产量随LC比例的增加而增加,多数组间差异不显著(P〉0.05),24~48h则随LC比例的增加而减少,组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。表明反刍动物RS基础日粮与LC组合可以降低甲烷产量。
To study the trends of methane emission and in vitro fermentation of combination of rice straw (RS) and Lotus corniculatus (LC).48h in vitro batch incubation was practiced in a single-factor randomized design to investigate the effects of RS combined with varying LC levels of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100%(LC0, LC10, LC20, LC30, LC40, LC50, LC60, LC70, LCS0, LC90 and LC100) on in vitro fermentation traits and trends of methane emission. The range of parameters of various groups at different time was: pH 6.64-6.99, NH3-N 2.98-28.74mg/100mL, methane emission 0.038-1.313 mmol. The trends of methane emission at 3 to 48 hours are: methane emission increased with the increase of LC proportion in the mixed fermentations substrates, but most group differences were not significant before 24h(P〉0.05). However, the methane emission decreased with the increase of LC proportion at 24 to 48 hours and significant differences were found among treatments(P〈0.05).RS combined with LC could reduce the methane emission.
