摘要
薄膜电容自动喷金机是薄膜电容器的重要生产设备,研制的薄膜电容自动喷金机采用双传动比的驱动装置驱动电容器喷金框架运行、纵向喷涂范围调节装置调节喷涂范围、两种无极调速完成喷金送丝速度控制及人机界面与就地按钮盒构成操作系统。取得了生产效率高,节约喷涂材料,满足不同喷金工艺,方便维修调试等实效。
