伺服机型舵系统抗干扰技术研究

摘要 舵系统是导弹制导控制系统的执行部件,舵系统的工作大电流扰动直接影响到弹上电源乃至弹上各分系统的工作可靠性。另外,外界对舵系统本身的干扰以及舵系统内部各舵回路之间的相互干扰,都将对舵系统工作的稳定性产生不良影响,进而影响到弹上控制系统工作的稳定性。通过对舵系统的组成及工作原理的分析,找出了伺服机型舵系统的干扰因素,针对各干扰因素采取了抗干扰措施,并有重点地对抗干扰措施进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,采取的抗干扰措施对提高舵系统的抗干扰能力是行之有效的。 Rudder system is the implementation component of missile control system.The maximum work current disturbance of rudder system directly affects the power supply and work reliability of various sub-systems of missile system.In addition,outside interference and inside mutual interference between the rudder circuit will have an adverse impact on work stability,and then affect work stability of missile control system.Through the analysis of the composition and work principle of the rudder system.The interference factors of the system are point out,anti-jamming measures are taken and verified by experiments according to various interference factors.The results show that the anti-jamming measures are effective to enhance the anti-interference ability of the rudder system.
