High-speed counter-current chromatography（HSCCC） is a new liquid-liquid separation chromatographic technique.With no irreversible adsorption and other advantages,it has been widely applied.The technological process and tactics of HSCCC were introduced in this article,and also the applications of HSCCC in isolating and purifying natural perfumes were summarized in detail.The research and application prospects of this technique were discussed.
