基于回转体转角高精度测量装置的标定方法 被引量:11

摘要 回转体转角测量精度直接决定了稳瞄系统对瞄准目标的精度,为了保证转角测量装置精度的准确性,需要对测量装置准确标定。提出了一种基于回转体转角高精度测量的标定方法,通过对现有标定方法的分析,采用光电自准直方法,由自准直平行光管、标准四棱镜、光学成像系统构成的高精度标定装置。首先介绍了转角测量装置工作原理和现有的标定方法,其次对测角系统进行光电自准直标定及数据处理,实验验证:重复性误差2″,装置测角精度为9.68″,系统能够快速、准确的对回转体转角测量装置的标定。 The measuring precision of the axisymmetric body angle has direct influence on the aim-stabilization system. The measurement system ensures the measurement equipment of the angle accuracy. The calibration of the measurement devices should be performed. We proposed a high-precision calibration method based on the axisymmetric body angle measurement system. Considering the existing calibration method we adopted the photoelectric self-collimation method that consists of self-collimation parallel optic equipment, standard four-prism and optical imaging system. The first part is the working principle and the existing calibration method, the second part is the photoelectric self-collimation of the angle measurement system and the error analysis. Experiments shows that the precision is errors 2" and 9.86"which means this calibration system is fast and accurate which can fulfill the measurement required precision of the axisymmetric body angle.
